A nine-member Board of Directors composed of residents from each township within Piatt County serves as the Piatt County Mental Health governing body. Board members are appointed by the Piatt County Board and serve a three-year term. The Board is responsible for

• hiring the Executive Director

• establishing and/or approving goals, policies, and procedures

• assisting with program development and evaluation

• monitoring The Center’s financial operations.
