Recovery Oriented System of Care

ROSC is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is person-centered and builds on the strengths and resiliencies of individuals, families, and communities to achieve recovery and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of substance use disorders.

Our main priority is to establish a comprehensive "system of care" that will effectively address various substance use challenges within our communities. We are committed to providing a wide range of resources in prevention, treatment, and recovery support to ensure that individuals in need have access to the services they require. Our services are designed to be easily accessible, welcoming, and user-friendly. A key principle of our approach is to actively involve individuals in all stages of recovery, their loved ones, and the community to enhance service accessibility and quality.
